Hey Paul,
I'm sure I've got them all, but I don't have tape anymore nor is the deck attached to the computer?? It shouldn't be too hard to get hold of these anyway. The are several complete Royal Roost cds available and they are of reasonable quality. If you don't mind mail order then there's a link on my website to Philology in Italy and Paolo Piangiarelli will have all of these.
Hunting for Parker tracks is part of the obsession!
Good luck
Llew

of Salt Peanuts that you mentioned below? If so, I'd be very happy
to pay you a few dollars for your trouble if you could possibly put
any of them onto a cassette for me! I purchased the 1953 Massey
version but that still doesn't seem to be the one I remember hearing
on the radio. And the 1947 Carnegie Hall version includes Dizzy, but
not Charlie!

record of a version at that time or place?? Perhaps you are referring
to the Massey Hall concert? It begins with Parker saying, "At this
time we would like to play a new tune. It was composed by my worthy
constituent, Mr Dizzy Gillespie in the year of 1942. We sincerely
hope you do enjoy Salt peanuts."
