Hey all you Musselwhite fans!
I just got home from Mark Hummel's Harp Blowout. Charlie was the
favorite of the crowd as usual. I hadn't seen him in about 3 years cuz
I had been out of the scene, sick, car-less, homeless, computer-less,
camera-less, roughed and tumbled and truly livin' the blues. But now I
have turned the corner!
Ace blew so sweet and it was my pleasure to hear him again. Curtis
Salgado, Lee Oscar, Mark and another cat blew us away. Rusty Zinn on
guitar was very special. When they all jammed together at the end with
grins on their faces everyone roared. We were all havin' fun!
What a way to spend the 10th anniversary of Charlie's Yahoo Group and
the 22nd anniversary of my son's death, by celebrating life, music,
and plenty of love! Remember, life is short so help ever - hurt never
...as the motto for the House of Blues says! Practice unconditional
love. We are all spinning on this ball together.
Thanks for the fine show Ace!
peace,
-bluesin1-

and be sure to catch him on a stage near you. OH, he has a radio show
too. It is close to his home. I don't know if it is streamed on the
net though. Check his website for more info.
