In case the accompanist has trouble figuring out what I meant, play
measure 19 in the kids' part, go to the extra sheet and play it while
the men sing "Hello My Baby / Don't Fence Me In", then go back to the
kids' part and play measure 22 (where the kids start to sing the chorus
of "Ragtime Cowboy Joe").
