FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AXIOM, Texas Christian Artist has just released "Articles of Faith," their second and long awaited album. Articles of Faith is the follow up to Y2K's Holy Ghost Fire which landed the group a lot of success and airplay throughout Texas. "A lot of time, effort, and prayer went into recording Articles of Faith," says resident keyboardist Isaac Segovia, "Articles of Faith has a hard edged rock vibe with a smooth groove of Latin music that speaks to people young and old."
"Everything is related to itself in this new record," states Roland Gloria tenor and guitarist of Axiom, each song takes you through a story. Everything from love, loss, hope, joy, pain, recovery, praise, worship, faith, life, death and discovery are visited in Articles of Faith. Even the album cover which is designed by artist Michael Gonzalez tells the abstract view of Articles of Faith."
"In the last few years we've had thousands ask us on the road when the new record is coming out," says bass guitarist Jeff Villarreal, "I'm glad Articles of Faith is finally here. Articles of Faith will no doubt launch a new tour and we'll have the opportunity to go back on the road and meet new people. I think that's the biggest blessing of all."
Axiom is blessed to have worked with recording studio engineer, Ken Branca. "He's one of the best and his work speaks for itself," says Axiom diva Carla Rios. "Ken has 2 Grammy nominations to his name and over 20 top 10 hit singles in the Latin market. His knowledge and expertise adds to the production of Articles of Faith."
Drummer Gabriel Silva states, "Having Articles of Faith mastered by the legendary Jerry Tubb of TerraNova Mastering Studios in Austin, TX, was just the best. Jerry's mastered for Grammy award winning artists such as Willie Nelson, Paul Mc Cartney, LeAnn Rimes, Dixie Chicks, the Texas Tornados and more. The difference he's made to Articles of Faith keeps me cranking it up in my SUV."
Axiom's Articles of Faith will be hitting the airwaves soon so bend your ear and get ready for the ride of your lives. Axiom's music is best described as Texas Rock w/ a Latin Edge. As a matter of fact Russell Hobbs of the Door Clubs in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex has been cited as saying that Axiom sounds like, "Santana goes to Church."
