I'm Chris. I'm a Christian and I live near Pittsburgh (Evans
City). I belong to a Christian Vocal Ensemble called "One Voice."
We're a type of choir that does concerts throughout the Pittsburgh
area.

Basically, the One Voice Christian vocal ensemble is a group of men
and women from various denominational backgrounds who have come
together to present a very intense worship service. We do both a
Lenten and an Advent concert, all focused on the life and ministry
of Jesus Christ, and proclaiming the Gospel in Scripture and song.

We've been around for about 12 or 13 years now. I've been in the
group for the last 5 years. It's a really wonderful worship
experience, and a beautiful ministry.

I'm writing because we're currently very much in need of singers of
ALL parts. If you or anyone you know is a Christian who likes to
sing, we would be MORE THAN grateful to hear from you. The age
limit is 17 and up, the music is primarily contemporary Christian
and some traditional pieces which have been especially arranged for
the group. We rehearse on Sunday evenings from 6 - 9PM at Grace
Episcopal Church in Mt. Washington.

We also try to schedule a retreat once or twice a year (if people's
schedules permit, of course). All of our concerts are also on
Sundays at various churches throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.
It is a really wonderful way to glorify His name and Word thru
music. It is also a really wonderful fellowship.
