She sang so well,
loved the simplicity of the arrangement. Like that part where she
double-tracks "dead" in a minor-second. Like the high flute against the
low power of the bass and left hand of the piano. The exit coda with
the guitar strums and her stacked la-la vocal at the fade. Thanks for

"I was intrigued by the Linda LaFlamme material you converted from
1977... I was surprised to find it and glad you got it out there. It's
very unique. I have been a fan of the first IABD album for a long time
so I always was impressed by her playing and the fact that she was very
responsible for the sound and the band's name. I just never knew what
she did musically after those days except mention of her as a piano
teacher. A few years ago she played as "neska" for a political fundraiser and I saw a description of the
event and a mention that the people were really moved by her playing. I
hope to hear her some day live, tell me if she ever does play out if
you would.
