for such things.I don't mean to be pedantic but i'm not sure if
i can quite follow this "cindy-like" thinking... maybe i'm too
close to it? but as i'm cheerily susceptible to influence and
inspiration i'd [continue to] suggest LANARK by Alasdair Gray
as a book that i relate to.and as it's Scottish,it probably
gives a better insight than most.have you read it already? of
course it might not meet your criterion of [nah,sorry i just
can't use that above term ;-]......

btw i'll be re-locating from los angeles to hong kong within
