Rise Tarkovsky Rise

Hi James

Funny you mention Tarkovsky : I just watched "The mirror" for the
first time a few days ago...
Strange yet beautiful puzzle made of dreams, memories and other
feelings. Just like Cindytalk I guess.

This thread makes me think it seems easier to compare Cindytalk to
films rather than to other musical projects. I know a lot of people
compare Cindytalk to Swans but it seems to me that Swans sound too
much american (Gira definitely is a Johnny Cash disciple - that's a
compliment) for such a comparison.

Oh and speaking of movies again, I wish we could see that "Eclipse"
film.

i thought the virgin suicides was about gender issues but i didn't read the book,only saw the film.the idea resonated but the film didn't make a huge impact on...
