i base this on the fact that all of the above were recorded in some
sort
of studio situation.it would never be my choice of a freeze
album,track
-wise but we didn't get the chance to record an album so we have to
live with that.i assume we would need permission to release any tracks
recorded for a john peel session.i would need to get permission from
alistair allison to use the freeze 7inch tracks.i would need to speak
to
the other members of the band to see if it was okay to release any
kind of retrospective.it's a minefield... far easier would be if i put
together a collective of musicians and covered the fuckers but i'm
not one for dwelling in the past so i doubt any of this will happen.
if it's kept at cdr level,then it's probably all ok.unlike many of my
contempories in the scottish music scene of that time,it was the
next adventure i set off on that really counted for me.......

how'bout a bootleg cdr for the peps in the list then?

as for the inner_view, i echo your point & prefer doing it eye to eye
(despite my ferocious shyness), though i dunno if that may be
possible. for the time being, i live in bandol, but may move as ever -
though certainly in the same area (ie. south-east), so maybe we can
meet whilst you're in firenze (this rerelease issue sounds perfecet).
if you've got an idea of the months you'll be on the continent, maybe
i could ask a coupla friends in marseille or aix if there is a
possibility to arrange a cindy-laptop perf', eh?
