Hi Gray, we talked a lot about old friends and the VMS
days. Then Bob and Nancy talked about the Clear
Light days and the 60's in general. They allowed me to
tape record our conversation. I wanted this because I
know Bob is a wealth of information and I told him
that while we worked together I took it for granted
all the stories he would tell me about those days and
that this time I wanted to document it for research
purposes.

It was cool hearing Bob telling me how he first saw
Jimi Hendrix play guitar and that was the first and
only time that it made him want to give up guitar
playing. Because he kept asking "how am I going to
keep up with this". He had never seeen a guy play with
his teeth and do all the crazy things that Jimi did on
stage. Nancy worked at Elektra records so she provided
a lot of great stories. I got to hear about the Doors
and Love. Sooooo cool to hear from people who were
actually part of the scene! ;)

Btw, Nancy told me that her computer crashed and she
lost all your emails including email address. She
asked for your personal email address. She also gave
me permission to pass on her personal email address to
you. so when you get a chance shoot over an email on
your personal account.

I will be going back to visit Bob soon as I promised
to dig up all my old photo albums. I think with the
old photos it could help fill in the blank in Bob's
memory. All the names I brought up he remembered with
no problem so that's a really good sign.
