Mr. Anthropic responce to Ohster challenge! Straight from City Club
Board!
Alright, I'm going to be honest. I'm not going to acept this
challenge. I'm not going to accept it for a few simple reasons.
1.Unlike you, I don't feel the need to prove myself to everyone. I'm
totally comfortable with myself (unlike someone I know) and I don't
need to go around bragging about my amazing feats of strength.
2.I simply don't have the time. I work 8 hours a day in a factory,
come home jump online for about a hour, go outside chop wood for a
hour, do any chores that need to be done, eat dinner, and then
sleep.
On the weekends I'm usually either working with Chaos or spending
time
with my girlfriend and I'm not going to take time away from either
of
those for you.
3.If you looking for a physical fitness competition, I'm not your
guy.
If your one of those guys who lifts weights, swims, and runs
everyday,
then yeah, you'll easily beat me. I don't work out. I have a
extremely
high metabolism. I haven't worked out since I graduated from high
school. Must suck having to work out everyday though to keep a body
like that. Although I used to be able to run a 5:15 mile I'd be
suprised if I could break 6 min now. I'm not anywhere near any kind
of
shape for a physical fitness competition. Nor do I really have any
interest in trying to find more time in a day (which I don't have
enough of already) to try to train. You want a challenge go find
dance
not-see Chris aka Chris is Chris, I'm sure he'll be happy to kick
you
ass in a physical fitness challenge, he does them all the time.
I don't know I find this whole challenge kind of stupid. Kind of
like
beating up a fag to prove your not gay. Btw Ohster, you go a little

1. As I get to know you through your information and music, in which
you have provided all your fans upon the net, I see you are a very
multitalented man. You have dove into a little bit of everything
that the entertainment world has to offer. Not many people are
fortunate to do so. Give us some thoughts about that. What sparked
your career to be involved in so many aspects of this business and
not specifically geared toward one particular path or the other?
I call my great come back the Elvi 68 comeback. The Elvi comeback
all started after losing my job from Canada Customs after arresting
an individual on a drug bust. I was a policman with a club, peper
spray and handcuffs that drove the police car and performed
breathalyzers and arrested criminals. My supervisor on duty was not
impressed with the use of force that I had used on a drug bust and I
lost my job. After losing my job I started training for the fx
toughman contest and while training landed swimming from Windsor to
Peach Island and back (Olympic swimmers say that this swim is the
most dangerous in North America because of the undertow). Windsor
parks and recreation reported that I had drowned to the Windsor
police. While I was taking a hike on the island US coast guard sent
out a ship and helicopter to search for my body. I was swimming
back to Windsor and told the head US coast guard officer in charge
that I was roller blading for two hours and wanted to cool down with
a swim before my jog. I went to talk to a couple of fisherman and
next thing you know I was half way to Peach Island. After getting
out of the water I had the local media, Windsor Police, two fire
trucks and a small crowd of ohster groupies waiting for me. I was
told never to try that again and went off for a cool down jog in the
park. I smoked a fireman physical with in amazing time of 7:59
minutes and a top 20 finish @ 35 years old with over 250 competitors
trying to get the work two days a week fireman jobs. I entered the
Flint Michigan fx light heavy weight 160-184 pound toughman contest
and had my nose broken in the quarterfinals after soundly beating
the Detroit finalist in my first fight. The ring girl came into the
dressing room and asked me to sit ring side with her to watch the
finals. I was cracking my nose back into place very disappointed
that the dream of winning the toghman contest was over. She said I
should model not fight so I took some pictures and emailed comp
cards off to some modeling agencies and now have two companies
interested in signing me. I have reapplied to fight in the toughman
contest and applied to fight in a steel cage danger zone tournament
as a middle weight at 151 to 165 pound division. I also sent a
profile to the Mid West Wrestling Federation and have interest from
them. Pro soccer returned to Windsor Detroit with and old high
school team mate of the ohsters in charge of the entire operations
of the team. Back in high school I was MVP of the team that finished
second in scoring in the league with 10 out of 14 goals the entire
team had scored. An amazing soccer comeback that had me play in
three exhibition matches after retiring from the game mid way
through the season due to a poor right ankle after a 17 year absence
from the game. I jumped down twenty flights of stairs at the bar I
bounced at when I was twenty years old and my right ankle has never
been the same. Several ohsteraholics always argued that I could
have played arena football if I went on steriods, been pro wrestler
or played pro soccer player. I think at 37 now these people will no
longer have to argue the fact that the Ohster is zee German Thor.
After playing the bass and doing some lead vocals in a couple of
bands the Ohster has gone solo with his electronica career and it is
doing well with over a 1000 downloads from my music sites. I had
Attic records interested in me and was accepted by download.com the
largest provider of music for the independant musician. Not bad fro
a former Elvis impersonator. Not bad for the jock kid that thought
he was the German Simon Le Bon in high school. I had all the prep
clothing Indian tassle jacket and Frisco Jones boots from General
Hospital, the girls thought I looked like Patch from days of our
lives.
To recap the Ohster and his 5 year comeback to all the Ohster
maniacs
1. The Swim, this is the 2 hour rollerblade followed by a swim to
Peche Island and back to Windsor followed by a cool down jog. The US
coast guard celebrated the Ohster feat by sending a ship and
helicopter with a 21 gun salute for the fromer Windsor Detroit
missing
link! The Canadian side made sure they out did the American counter
parts with the swat team
from the Windsor police, two firetrucks the Rcmp and not to leave
out
the local media.
2. Ohster smokes the fireman physical in a time of 7:59 witha top 20
finish in a pool of 250 contestants.
3.Ohster enters 160 to 184 pound light heavy weight fx toughman
contest.
After soundly beating a well known Michigan amateur the ohster broke
his nose in the quarterfinals to end the cinderella story. Ohster
has
reapplied to fight in the toughman contest and also the danger zone
steel cage match!
4. Ohster makes the squad and plays in the Canadian Pro soccer
League.
Sadly the Ohster plagued with a bad right ankle retired mid way
through the season with only exhibition matches under his belt!
5.Ohster in front of a packed Pinery campground beach completes
11013
sit ups.
6.Two weeks later the Ohster runs barefoot in Lake Huron from the
Pinery to party town Grand Bend and Back for a 22 kilometer run
jumping over logs in the water!
7.Ohster wins Coco's thong contest in Grand Bend (I use to dance in
bar cages and danced in a rock video for the University of Windsor
Drama department.)
2. Out of all the theater and acting roles you have partaken in,
which was your favorite and why?
My favourite was a rock video for the University of Windsor Drama
department that I acted, directed, danced and played the lead roll
of Macbeth in with Faith no more playing in the back ground.
3. What inspired you to go from acting to becoming a
singer/songwriter?
After playing numerous sports in high school the ohster decided to
get a degree in communication studies from the University of Windsor
and get involved in projects involving art and drama. I was a DJ at
CJAM 91.5 radio station and had my own New Wave show. I was
thinking at the time to either try and become a much music Video
Jockey a Pro Wrestler or move to Los Angeles and get into acting. I
actually applied for the green card lottery with hopes of moving out
to La La land. I would have made an amazing wrestler because am
double jointed can kick 7 feet in the air throw my knees over my
shoulders and can do full double reverse splits and have the
personality of Elvis. That is why I still would like to go go dance
in a new wave bar at least one night a week for fun.
4. How hard was it to get your music completed and distributed to
the public?
It all started off at CJAM 91.5 fm where I was a Disc Jockey. They
played my song with my vocals sounded amazing. I mailed my debut CD
nothing wrong with dreaming to all the Canadian college radio
stations throughout Canada. I was than accepted to my surprise to
have my music distributed by download.com the largest provider of
music for the independent artist. I have had great praise from this
debut CD and will be working on my second piece very soon. I am
currently web modeling and was accepted by leasyourbody.com to model
tatoos. Karma models and stylus models of Toronto are interested in
signing me to modeling contracts.
5. What challenges did you face during your career?
I am still tring to get a major label to carry me and would love to
see my music in movies (no porn please), television and theatre
productions.
6. What advice can you give to the other artists like you out there
to help them make their dreams a reality as well?
I am the almightohster strive to be like me and hope that you meet
the right people to promote yourself. I personally thing that it is
more the right contacts and meeting rather than just pure talent.
Tranquility, individuality, know your innerself. That is my one
poems. I have been nominated as poet of the year for two years in a
row with the international society of poets and was inducted as a
lifetime member.
7. Share with us some projects you have completed and/or are working
upon that the L.I. community can support you on...
An old alternative goth club in Michigan was interested in me to
strip for them on Tuesdays nights. They asked me to strip back in
the 80's and I emailed them some dirty pictures recently to see if
they still were interested. They were interested but I told them I
will only grind good looking girls and have not heard from them
since. I have applied as a go go dancer to several alternative
clubs in Michigan. I would love to go go dance so have L.I.
community can support my dancers dream. I have actually danced in a
cage before at a club called Rumours in Detroit!
8. You are obviously a very talented man in the area of sports
entertainment as well. Wrestling and Pro Soccer player... How to you
balance this all?
I am very interested in possible doing some modeling and know that I
have shown the Windsor Detroit area that I am German Canadian Thor!
I will have to train differently to perfom as a wrestler so that
dream is on hold for now. I feel 18 again and could do some
wrestling in my 40's if my right ankle is up for the challenge. We
will see how my ankle is feeling next summer. I feel like I have
found the fountain of youth and would love to go white water rafting
next summer.
9. As I probe the thoughts of "The Ohster," what is it that you wish
to strive to do next?
I am trying to still land a major record label and a modeling
contract by doing my best Krammer from Seinfeld a guy that does not
seem real. I am interested in writing a script and acting and
directing in the production and distributing the movie throughout
the internet. I would love to get a part time job as a go go dancer
in a new wave goth club. I am an amazing dancer that is double
jointed.
10. Is there anything else you would like to add?
God has blessed me with two sons Joseph and Nicklas who are amazing
soccer players and very talented gymnists. They are my pride and
joy! One day I hope that they are pro soccer players or WWF tag
team wrestlers. These kids are like child models, amazing looking
German boys with alot of personality.
