Awesome album. Do you have "Smoker's Paradise?" That one is my fave
of Breaking Circus.
On a (non) related note: I decided to get a turntable that actually
works. The one I bought includes a USB out and software that will
supposedly de-click / unbuzz LP noise (and turn my LPs into .wav and /
or .mp3 files). I'll let you know how that goes.
If it goes well I'll be converting (and happy to share) all of my
stuff -- Big Black, Black Flag, Husker Du, Naked Raygun, Effigies,
Jesus Lizard, Scratch Acid, Descendents, Stiff Little Fingers, etc.
Cheers

Our beloved vice prez peppered his friend with buck shot the other day.
this article down-plays the severity of the situation but anyone who has ever been around these weapons will tell you that even the slightest graze with a stray pellet could be life threatening.
"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron." H.L. Mencken (1880 - 1956)
Here is what i found:
a CDR with Breaking Circus written on it. It has 11 songs from the
band and I guess this is the VERY LONG FUSE LP. I also have the Very
Long Fuse record:
Breaking Circus-The Very Long Fuse-12
EP-Homestead-012,1985-Precision/(Knife in the) Marathon/Lady in the
Lake/Soul of japan/ The Imperial Clawmasters' Theme/Monster's
Sanctuary/Christian Soldiers/ Morning.
plus 3 tracks from the ICE MACHINE LP. I need to find that one. I can
send these tracks for now, as wav files. I still have the original
record, but i am sure i already burned it to a CDR. you'll have to
listen to the songs to make sure they are all from Very Long Fuse.
it may be on a different CDR.

Yeah, I can recopy the NMA and upload the .wav files for each song.
How do I email this / send it to you? Just post it
to "college_rock@yahoogroups.com?"
Bloodsport...I remember it well, but not sure if I truly need it for
my iPod or not. "Rhymes of Reason," and stuff like that?
I'm most interested in Breaking Circus (The Hammer Party, Smoker's
Paradise). I'd be obliged if I could get that stuff...
I'm just getting out of work now, so I'll try to get the NMA uploaded
and sent to you tonight. If not tonight, it will be soon.
