First Annual Artist in Residence Concert February 9 at Lincoln
Center, Wednesday, February 9. During the school day, choir students
will attend Meet the Artists and Jazz History clinics with Groove
Society, the 2003 Rocky Mountain Harmony Sweepstakes A Cappella
Champions. In addition, Groove Society will perform for the entire
student body.

The Artist in Residence program will culminate with a performance at
7:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Center, 417 Magnolia. In addition to
experiencing a "live" sound check with Groove Society, CLP Jr. High
School's vocal jazz ensemble will open the evening's program. Groove
Society will perform 80 minutes of A Cappella music during the public
concert.

Concert tickets are $10 (Reserved Seating/All Ages) and go on sale
Monday, January 10, at the Lincoln Center Box Office, 417 Magnolia.
Box Office hours are 12:30 -5:30 p.m. Monday - Saturday; tickets are
also available by calling the box office at (970) 221-6730. Proceeds
will be used to fund the Artist in Residence program at CLP Jr. High
School in subsequent years.
