The Boone County Community Band consists of residents of Boone County (and surrounding counties) who play their instruments for fun and enjoyment. Anyone is welcome to join -- there are no auditions, but you do need your own brass or woodwind horn.

We play each year from late spring until early autumn. We play concerts in Lebanon's Memorial Park on most Sunday afternoons, and we practice on Monday nights from 7:00-8:30PM. We also play concerts for various special events throughout our season. The group has also expanded to include a jazz band during the winter season.

The band plays a variety of music, including big band, showtunes, swing, marches, rock, and even a few originals from our founder, Joe Haboush.
