FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

To all Media:

The Ottawa Festival of Nations will be held from September 11 to September 14,
2003 inclusive at the Festival Plaza beside Ottawa City Hall.

It was decided to move the Festival's new date to the September weekend, given
the City of Ottawa's directive to curtail City Hall held events and activities
this weekend (Aug. 21 to Aug. 24) due to last week's power blackout.
