notice the re-emergence of a potent musical force. If you are on the Uneven
Ground street team for your area, or would like to be, email
street@... right away. Our street teams will be attending a special
meeting to talk about killer guerrilla tactics in putting this music in front of
everyone in your town! You'll receive special goodies only promotional folks

2) THE UNEVEN GROUND WEBSITE IS GOING TO undergo some house-cleaning this week
and several of the candid pic's and all of the webisodes will be disappearing
from the site. A new Webisode is coming soon, but the current 3 will only be
available for download for another 48 hours. Get 'em while they're still warm!

5) IT SEEMS SOME FOLKS HAVE HAD TROUBLE downloading Over4 to their computers.
You need to right click the link and select "save target as" and pick a
destination. Easy like Sunday morning. Be sure to hear the track somewhere
besides your 2" computer speakers, if you can!

6) IT SEEMS EVERYWHERE YOU GO ON THE INTERNET there are rumours about what's
coming up for Uneven Ground... The two most prevalent, first sited on the
Flintstones message board are that a new single will be hitting the web soon and
that a video for Over4 is in the works. When asked about these rumours band
manager Ringo Starr denied that there was any truth to the hype. Or if there
is, no-one told him.
So watch out for such rumours and be sure to spread your own!!

7) A FEW SPACES HAVE COME AVAILABLE FOR THE Exclusive Uneven Ground Launch Party
and we've decided to open those spots up to you, the list-ites. If you'd like
more info, email launch@.... The event will occur in Woodstock on

8) NEWS. MOVIES. MUSIC. VIDEO GAMES. EMAIL. WEBCHATS. blah blah blah!!
It's amazing, if you look at it, how little time any of us spend thinking and
reflecting nowadays. It's a time of download-an-opinion, zip-file-morals and
mp3-emotions. The truth of the hugeness of God and all that surrounds us has
been swallowed up by blinking lights and ringing phones. Many of us give the
odd passing thought to "What am I doing here?" between magazine articles and
firing high-powered e-rifles, but it rarely gets our attention long enough to
harvest a lengthy introspection. Have we allowed the media to rob us of our
capacity think and make realizations? Can we only connect dots that are close
together?
Here's a challenge: Take some quiet time, maybe outside (the days are
lengthening and warming up), all alone and look around. Look inside. Look up.
Switch off the Sony Taskmaster, unplug the brain-sucker and poke that fat little
green MSN dude in the eye.
Disconnect and let your mind wander where it will. It'll hurt a bit, but the
rewards of letting your mind find some truths are immense. Just think. Ponder.
Wonder. Talk out to the sky and see if anyone's listening. Disarm the Weapons
of Mass-Distraction, at least for a while and see what happens.
