RE: [dafterpunk] daft punk's studio / equipment

Homework was recorded with very basic equipment in Bangalter’s home studio.  Several of the drum tracks for their productions(“Revolution 909, Phoenix) can be found in the Roland JP-8080 sampler.  One More Time is basically a looped sample of a track called More Spell On You by Eddie Johns with a beat, bassline and synths added.  Da Funk uses a Roland 303 acid line.  Most of the sounds they use can be made from any good synthesizer and processing equipment, you just have to know how to tweak it.

You might try typing Daft Punk studio or equipment in a search engine and see what comes up.

Hope this helps.
