I have not found a way. I have had CD's that would do
rhythmic stuff but only in certain CD players -
usually the cheap boom-box types. But its hit-n-miss
as far as technique. The pinholes worked the best for
me. I would like to make a CD that skipped randomly
each time you played it so each time it would be
different. -mj

... it could be possible with a piece of sandpaper (attached on top of upper surface) , of course it will make it (luckily) worse until complete degradation. ...

i have found if you place a high powered magnet above the cd player in the right spot it causes a distruption somewhere and can cause a variety of effects ex:...

hmmm, I have to try that out. I still have to try out putting sandpaper on top of the cd while playing. It might work as it slowly scrapes away the coating. ...
