There's an idea i've had circulating for a long time, and i wonder if
there might already be a program that does it. I've imagined taking
one line out of each frame of a video file, and compiling them into a
still image. They could be either one horizontal or vertical line of
choice, or an average of all horizontal and vertical lines.
Another thing that could be interesting is averaging all the frames
within a certain period to make a still image. Also, i've always been
interested in generating sound from video, using the motion and
"eventfulness" to drive different aspects of sound. Anyone know of any
available software that does something like this?
