My office has an Madison Square Garden luxury suite that we can not
use for some of the Dave shows (12/9 and 12/10). I am supposed to get
rid of the suite and can sell it at a HUGE discount.

The suite has sixteen luxury seats, a waiting area, private bathroom,
fridge and ice machine, televisions, coat rack, waiter service, etc.
It is the nicest way to see a show in New York City.

MSG charges $20,000 for the show. I can sell it for $5500 for either
show, or $10k for the two (just over $300 per seat). Please email me
