I lost all of my docs on my computer earlier this week so my apologies
if you sent me an announcement and it did not make it in (once I add
them I erase the email). please feel free to resend. I will be in
Penland, NC takings pics and Marcus will be returning and running the
list for the next couple of weeks.

We will be a screening a documentary by Martin Sorrondeguy, former
vocalist of Los Crudos called Beyond the Screams / Mas alla de los
gritos. This is a 30
minute documentary on the U.S. Latino/Chicano Hardcore Punk Community
which propels you into understanding the impassioned and aggressive
emotions of the individuals that exist beyond recognized realms of
punk. (Lengua Armada 1999)

The evening will also have live performances by Huasipungo, a
latino-punk bad from NYC that has been going strong for over 10 years,
and who is also in the film, and No Abuse, a younger latino-punk band
from New Jersey, that is bound to impress you.

The evening will begin around 7pm and will cost you $5.

**This is an evening to benefit Radio CPR 97.5 FM**
