Hey Everyone-

sorry about the lack of a list last week. I thought I
would have good internet access over the holiday.
yeah...not so much. i couldn't even send an email to
tell you that i could not send a list. technology
giveth, and taketh away.

anyway, here is this week's list. lot's o goodies.

a few shows of note:

if you are in DC on the 3rd, go see Jeremy Enigk at
the Rock and Roll Hotel. He is the former frontman to
Sunny Day Real Estate, and current frontman to The
Fire Theft. I have seen him before, and he is a great
performer.

Baltimore on the 4th

At the G spot: the Evens. This band is different than
anything Ian MacKaye has been involved in. as usual,
Ian puts his full effort and energy into the work and
it show. one impressive 2 piece (Ian and Amy Farina).

DC on the 4th:

Maritime and The Life and Times at the R&R Hotel.
Maritime is 2 parts of the Promise Ring, and Life and
Times is Allen from Shiner's current band. both are
very good. check em out.

look for me at both rock and roll hotel shows. or
don't. no biggie.
