"Portland, OR (July 6, 2006) Musicfest NW announces this year's
festival line-up which will be held at various clubs in Portland, OR
on September 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2006. Highlights include The Dandy
Warhols and Brian Jonestown Massacre on September 7th and The Silver
Jews and Stephen Malkmus on September 8th, both shows at the Crystal
Ballroom. Little Steven's Underground Garage Showcase will also
participate, routing the tour featuring The Zombies, The Mooney
Suzuki, The Woggles and Phantom Planet through Portland at Berbati's
on September 8th.

Proceeds will benefit the Rock and Roll Camp for Girls and The
Oregon Rock and Roll Hall of Fame who will use the donation to
increase music education in high schools.

Now in its six year, Musicfest NW continues to set itself apart from
other festivals by combining non-profit fundraising with top music
