Saw Pierced Arrows at the Ash Street. It was very Dead Moonish and
very up tempo which made me miss Andrew. New drummer looked like he
was about 18. The place was packed and I was too close to the stage so
the sound was kind of muddy. The funny thing was they kept making
mistakes which I never really saw Dead Moon do. Mistakes and sound
aside it was pretty fucking awsome. It looked like people in the
audiance were singing along to some song but they were all new or
maybe they were covers. All around good stuff and I cant wait to
learn the songs so I can sing along as I spill my beer over
everything. Next up, Andrew's band The Shiny Things next week..... All
you euros should come visit our pretty town of Portland this summer!
