Dear and Glorious Physician has officially emerged from their active
hibernation, and pints of pent-up pressure beg to be unleashed by our
local MD.  DGP's phenomenal contagious energy has been bottled up for
far too long. It's time for this medicine to hit the shelves, and the
front man Chase says that the band is "back, awesome, and we're not
coming out timid at all."  So be sure to expect quite a spectacular
event!  Chase also assures us that Dear and Glorious Physician has
been working on a lot of new stuff, that he is really excited about.
So be ready for an extremely stimulating experience with the New DGP.

In all my excitement about the show, i failed the most important piece
of information in the previous email: the date! The last show will be
Tuesday January 25th.  I know its not the best day in the world, but

Ladies and Gentlemen,
You may or may not know that Dear and Glorious Physician is breaking
up.  Jill(vocals/guitar) and Andy(drums) are leaving for a missionary
trip overseas for two years, and James(bass) is leaving for NY City.
The band hopes to cross talent once more in The Big Apple, so look for
us in a couple years! But don't worry, our hometown will always be
good ol' Gainesville, FL.  We will not forget where we came from.
      We are kickin our hibernation off with a CD release party at
Common Grounds!  This will be the last time Dear and Glorious
Physician will be performing, and will be first and only time you will
be able to purchase our new full-length album! (album is not yet priced)

    The word is out about us. Dear and Glorious Physician was blarin on
Rock 104 (103.7 FM) Sunday night.  If you didnt cetch us,
you can tune into the locals only show on Rock 104 every Sunday night.
Or, you can come to Market Street Pub(120 SW 1st Avenue. Gainesville,
FL) this Saturday December 11th and see us live!  The tickets are only
$5, and the show should start at 9pm. We are playing with some really
good groups, so you will definatley get your money's worth.

Other news:  Our full length album is scheduled to be released no
later than mid January. More info on the exact date for the CD
release, and CD release party later.

Dear and Glorious Physician will be rockin out at Common Grounds(210
SW 2nd Ave)Saturday, Nov. 13. We will be playing with Thick as
Thieves, and Bound. The show kicks off at 10:30pm. Hope you can make

legendary Mike Watt, and his new band the Secondmen.  In case nobody
has ever heard of Mike Watt, he helped establish the American indie
rock scene, and is emerging as one of the most highly respected
figures in contemporary music.  He has played with members of the
Beastie Boys, Nirvana, Pear Jam, and the Foo Fighters throughout his
career. He is also the founding member of the influential band the
Minutemen.
      So come to Market Street Pub on  Wednesday, November 3rd.  I
guarantee you won't be dissapointed. The Show is being put on by 100.5
the Buzz!  Tickets are $10.  You can purchase advance tickets to the
show at the store Smoke on University Ave. Tickets will still be
