THE BANGLES WELCOME GUEST BASSIST DERRICK ANDERSON!




And so, Bangle herstory marches on. A few years ago, when Michael Steele hung up
her Bangle boots, the three of us made a decision: we would not try and fill
those boots with a new band member. Instead, we would invite local talent to
come play with us and, being very lucky Bangles indeed, we've had musicians like
Amanda Hills Podany and Abby Travis answer that call.

Today, we'd like to welcome Derrick Anderson, who will be running bass at
upcoming shows.

We're looking forward to traveling to Glasgow with this spirited fellow pop fan,
and Harpo is looking forward to having another guy onstage to make faces at.
Other than Calacci, that is...

We want to thank Miss Abby for contributing her talent and beauty to the
Bangles' story and wish her all the best in her bright future.
