I totally agree. I'm a part of other Yahoo
clubs(which by the way, is such a dumb change over), and they
average much more than a post a month! which is what we
seem to be doing. So, lets start a bit of conversing
and get out of this lackluster state! This board is
so soporific~!! With that said, I suppose I'll
expound a bit on the topics previously noted. I
unfortnately live in the United States, so I have never had a
chance to see the Divine Comedy play. Actualy, their
music, sadly, isn't even played on the radio. No one
knows who they are, which is an absolute crime because
they're (Neil) so magnificent. So, if any of you have
been to concerts, and I'm sure you have, do tell about
them. I'd love to hear how Neil performs live.
And
as for the new album, I didn't find it dissapointng,
rather, I thought it was different from a lot of their
other stuff. Now I'm not one of these music critics who
comment on diction, tone, harmony blah, blah, blah in a
song. I either like a song or I don't based on the way
it sounds. So saying, I found nothing bad about the
new album. I actually liked it very much.
And as
for Neil's new "grungy" look, well, I can't say much
to it for I haven't seen a recent picture of him in
ages. That, among others, is one of the great tragedies
of living in America today. Well, I think I've said
enough for one post. I'd love to hear comments from the
other what, 100 members of the board! Wake up and start
posting!
Jessica
