tracks/cd's,anything that you listen to.3rd day is a
good choice,Sonic Flood is another obviously. Secular
progressive jazz will help with the more intricate
moves. The biggest move I ever made was letting the
Holy Spirit take ove brother,just close your eyes and
let go.
