Italy's dance-pop trio Eiffel 65 conists of singer Jeffrey Jey, keyboardist Maurizio Lobina and DJ Gabry Ponte. The group works closely with the BlissCorporation label, which is run by producer/manager Massimo Gabutti, one of the pioneers in the "Spaghetti House" scene; along with releasing their own hit singles like Blue (Da Ba Dee), they produce songs for other groups on the label. Eiffel 65 -- whose name was generated at random by a computer program -- released their debut album Europop in late 1999.
