Hello,

there must be a short circuit somewhere , or a loose connection ( like a connector or cold solder). I had the same problem with my PA80 and i found a short circuit in motherboard ,(where the flashcard inserts)

Hi Peter,

PA50 is different from PA60 or PA80
It uses external adapter: 12V/ 3.5A

Most probably you have intermittent power supply cutting to the keyboard and
then it re-boots itself.
Check for intermittent contact between adapter's dc plug and keyboard's dc
socket. You could try this while keyboard is on and rotate the dc plug by
hand and see if it cuts.  Could be either intermittent dc plug or wire of
the adapter or also could be a dry-joint (solder cut) at keyboard's dc
socket. This you have to open the keyboard and look at socket from
underneath the board. See that you have an intact solder joint between the
copper track and socket connector.

Hope that helps you in some way.

I am so angry I am seeing red! I can't believe that a couple of people had the nerve to complain to the group owner about our moderator sharing her tip for the programs at http://savingmorethanbefore.com Was it off topic? Yes. Was it more valuable than 90% of the on topic posts? Absolutely! I took her recommendation and signed up for the programs. My husband was recently laid off and we were in very bad shape.
