I've got a HS-8 to buy. There seems everything is working. Does anybody know in which years Yamaha produced these organs? Are there even more developped organs...

It produced on 1980's and stopped in 1991. During that years, HS series had set a new standard with AWM technology which make an electone with full digital...

The website http://www.electone.com/museum/ gives you information about all Yamaha organs, including the year of introduction (1987 for the HS-8). best...

The pedal board has soft rubber washers. they get brittle and break or just stop playing, replacing the washers turned out to be easy peasy. Play those pedals,...
