The pedal board has soft rubber washers. they get brittle and break or just
stop playing, replacing the washers turned out to be easy peasy.
Play those pedals, every one of them, any hesitancy, negotiate a MUCH lower
price then fix them yourself.
The HS 8 is a wonderful organ. I could of been happy keeping it alone.

Pay close attention to the pedals. Make sure they work consistently. Those
rubber washers tend to wear out at this age.
