Hi everyone.

I have been offered the HX1 recently and would be interested in
your views, price , etc.

It comes complete in a wood cabinet and built in speakers. Yes
I know they were modular as I am the engineer for Yamaha here
in South Wales UK. I have never seen one before built like this
and wondered how many were in production. It is also the
heaviest organ I have ever had the mis-forune to lift. Weren't
these originaly sold for a lot of money? I remember the
training course back in the late 1980's where we all gasped at the
technology and sounds etc.

It is now in the hands of a pensioner who is not computer literate
and consequently programmed every stop to zero sound. I did set up
some nice sounds for him but he wants a 'smaller organ'. Too much
of the clever stuff is wasted on some people. Still, it makes the
world go round eh
