Don't know of any MIDI to EVT sofware. Plenty of stuff to go the other way. Usually don't bother with MIDI to EVT as you can (I think) just use a PC to play the file. Most PCs have MIDI on the Joystick port (check you sound card manual). You will usually need to tweak the voice settinsg first though as I think 87 has pre-standard midi maps.

As for voice editing, then you can buy http://www.eledit.co.uk/ but its very expensive.
