Hi Leo!
Thanks for your opinion. I would like to mute the percussion with
EL-900. I've received some ideas: 1) Memory 1: percussion vol=24,
Memory 2: percussion vol=0 so, when the sequence is playing and i
wish to muffle the tam-tam, only i change to Memory 2... But this
option is not like the one i need, because while the tam-tam was
muted i want to listen to another percussions of the sequence...
In latinoamerican music, classical music, etc. we always need to
muffle the percussions, i wonder why the japanese creators of EL-XXX
didn't think about that... I listened from a good friend that STAGEA
can do this, but i haven't played the Stagea...
Has somebody listened to "La Noche de los Mayas" by "Silvestre
Revueltas"? ("The night of MAYAS", by Silvestre Revueltas, mexican
composer) He uses a lot of percussions on that song, and need to
muffle it in some parts of the piece...
Thank you for your comments...
Greetings from México,
Oscar S

change the rhythm a bit. Sure, it is not that good way to do. In some
electone models it should be possible to use the tuning wheel or
pedal to adjust tempo in fly. However, you do not say what model you
play with. I do not know other ways but would also like to know if
there are..
