I'd like to suggest that you connect the audio output of your Organ into your video camera. The sound will be greatly improved.
 
Also put the camera up onto a tripod and have it showing the keyboard. 
 
And a remote control or edit out the part of your walking to the organ. Your Organ has a microphone input that would allow you to input a narration.

thanks for those suggestions, but the cameras i use are not that expensive, but the ps3 eye is better quality than my camera. anyway take care and have a merry...
