im am disgusted at elton re writing the music to billy ellot,elton
was a friend of marc bolans and even played on marcs film born to
boogie and he also played piano on stage at totps with t-rex when
they sang get it on.its a sacrilege to a great song writer like marc
bolan and to marcs family.its like taking the film grease or sound
of music and re writing the music to that giving them completely new
songs. billy elliot is known for the t-rex sound and it should
remain that way as a mark of respect to a great singer/songwriter
and a good friend to elton.sorry to have to post this here but i
really wanted elton to know how marcs fans are feeling about this. i
know you will probably delete this message but it has to be said.
