Hello to the people of this group.
I am warning you about this guy Maheen for your own good and safety. I
am a member of a Yahoo group devoted to Dean Martin. He is an internet
predator, a fraud, a scam artist and a phoney. DO NOT be fooled by his
kind and compasionate words.

Do as I and a few other Dean Martin group members did. We went on
Google and did a search on both his name and e mail addresses. You
will be shocked to see what you will find. He scammed me personally
out of 21 CD's and not to mention the countless number of others he
done the same to.

He claims to be a huge fan of almost every singer and entertainer
known to man. He plays on your pity with his disability and other so
called tragic events in his life, and uses this to get you to send him
stuff.

Please do not take this the wrong way. I am not really a big fan of
Sir Elton John, I mean I like a few songs but not a real huge fan that
I would join a group devoted to him. I just joined to let you know
who and what you are dealing with here. And I feel that NO FAN of any
entertainer should be scammed into sending CD's to anyone. I know how
enthusiastic a fan can be when someone posses an intrest in your
favorite entertainer.

I am going to post a comment that I found on a web site about Maheen.
I can tell you from first hand experience that this person is not
telling a tall tale about Maheen , as he pulled the same stunt in the
Dean Martin yahoo group. I will also post the link to the site.

Sorry I have to post something like this, friends.

There is a dangerous mental case
who has been harrassing us and others for several years.
He poses as a blind 20 year old from Sri Lanka
and says he lives in Canada.

We first blocked his insane emails,
and then banned him from this message board.
Now he is posting pure filth in our guest book.

Please be warned...
This person is crazy and dangerous.

He starts out with sweetness and compliments,
but don't be taken in
He then does his dirty work under assumed names.
Fortunately, he's so dumb that he does these things
from his own email address and computer.
He has even admitted to doing it!

I have just now been forced to make our guest book
a moderated one, after four years.
Now we have to clear all postings before they go in the book.

He calls himself Maheen Wickramasinghe.

He has now threatened in writing
to kill Misty and me...
says he will do it with his gun and knives.
We are contacting the FBI tomorrow.
