As most of you know, Cindy Hazen and I have separated; and that in January I
announced we would sell 1034 Audubon Drive.

After some delay we are ready to actually begin the sale. I have included
your email address in this list- if you don't mind- and will send the list
to our real estate agent, Judith Johnson. (judithj1@...)

Judith will then send out to you a press release, and contact information.


To those of you who I spoke to or emailed about selling Audubon Drive
earlier; note that the we have changed HOW we are selling 1034 Audubon
Drive. It will now be an auction, set to begin on March 20. The auction will
last thirty days. There is a minimum reserve but it is a lot less than the
number I quoted you in January. That means that more people will have a
chance to bid on the house.

Please share this information with anyone you think will want this house. It
is my goal-and Cindy's- that the next owners will take care of the house in
the same way that we tried to do. It has been a difficult decision to sell,
but our separation, and soon, our divorce makes it inevitable.

Johnson.
