About the dvds,I will attempt to clarify, but Joel may be willing to further
comment. The cover graphics shown on Facebook are from privately issued dvds of
1982 and 2008 shows, edited and smartly packaged by Joel Sanderson. He made
similar dvds of the 2006 Lawrence show, and is currently restoring the 1981
Flatiron performance videos which, in part, are viewable on Youtube. Currently,
none of the dvds are being sold or distributed.
