TVCTV and the Flicks are proud to present another invaluable,
intelligent, comprehensive documentary, Crossing Arizona, by filmmaker
and director Joseph Mathew. This film presents a balanced look at
complex issues behind the escalating illegal immigration crisis. A
panel discussion, featuring Leo Morales ICAN community organizer and
Gloria Munoz vice chair of the Idaho Hispanic Caucus will take
questions immediately following the film.

The film: Joseph Mathew timely film looks look at the grim realities
of the undocumented immigrant's plight as they journey through the
harsh and often deadly landscape of Arizona 's Sonora desert. Mathew
draws on impassioned personal stories of activists, property owners,
border patrol, vigilantes, and emigrants to weave a complicated story
of conflict, hope, desperation, and public policy. As the death toll
mounts with each attempted crossing, the debate over federal
immigration laws intensifies. This is an important film that provides
a balanced view that lends understanding to a difficult situation that
examines the political and social circumstances of undocumented
