call for participants.

i don't know who these people are.  although i am hard-pressed to care much
about anything that happens east of yerba buena island [especially a mysterious
cattle call that's likely a front for an ominous group of heartless promoters] i
felt strangely compelled to forward this, exactly as i was told.
