This is the general discussion list for all matters concerning the music by artists Eyeless In Gaza and Martyn Bates + other collaborative projects. Martyn Bates and Peter Becker are the two members of Eyeless. Eyeless have been active between 1980-87 and from 1992-forever... .

Eyeless has created their own style of music and has developed it in different directions over the years. There are influences from folk, pop, post-punk, industrial and a little of everything else in their music. The music ranges from very improvised to very atmospheric to very tigthly organized. The most characteristic instruments being used is the organ, Bates's voice and the 12-string semi-acoustic guitar.
