I don't know really (maybe should have indicated that!) -- I got the

I mentioned it to them but never received any specific answer, nor did
I demand it ... I guess they could not do much about it and decided to
publish it as they thought it was a good piece anyway (and I agree).
(Martyn just said something like "it those kinds of decisions we
sometimes have to make" ... .)

Yes, I actually find some of these "blemishes" okay as they are
"natural" (that is, they have not tried to include them in order to
sound lo-fi, nor do they scrap songs (though sometimes they do, I
know) because of it or try and re-record the songs until they reach
some kind of hi-fi ideal -- their ideal is clearly focussed on the
artistic expression and that is not helped by being too much focussed
on the fidelity, as I understand it ....).
