Hi,
Seems like I only receive some messages from the Eyeless list (missed
the previous).

I will ask Pete about it ... I know Beta-Lactam thought it might have
been nice to release it ... .
It's pretty good, but very rough/lo-fi -- there are traces of things
used in Eyeless released materials and I think it is nice for
completing the proper picture of the band at large. It is sometimes
not very serious and some stuff seem to have been included for no
special reason (esp. so on the less good first cassette) .... but that
was very much their early approach. The tape by Fantaccini Playground
was even more hilarious and often even better -- I would be willing to
bet that no one could produce a more lo-fi recording than that even if
they would try and scratch the songs in by hand on magnetic tape with
a fork or something ... ;-). (I still think an excerpt on this tape is
also on Steven Browns first solo album by the way -- probably they
taped the same TV programme or what it is ... .) Pete would try to
deny knowing anything about this cassette (and partly his own tapes
too) however ... . FP recorded a "proper" 12" Ep for Glass, who not
*very* surprisingly turned it down -- the last songs sounds like Aksak
Maboul (Onze Dances Pour Combattre La Migraine) but in a more jazz/
punk/disco lo-fi confused english way he he, I am sorry but even I
have not managed to get through the last song more than twice (at
least not really listening to it). (The third guy in that band did not
really "add" (ambivalence intentional) much.)

I would love to CDR it for you, but I hear with Pete (he probably
agrees to it without saying so, but it would be far better if it were
to be available for anyone. (I have already made some copies earlier
of some of it anyway.)
A three Lp set on Vinyl on Demand perhaps? :-/
I am working on trying to focus myself enough to present a news item
on the website (new album in September, but only one third are new
songs, intended for a special market), but it seems I will fail again
tonight ... (had an bicycle accident that has really drained my power
last weekend).
