There are a lot of rumors as to what will happen to the back stock of
titles. I don't think anyone knows for 100% certain. Several of their
largest clients (Coil, Legendary Pink Dots, Current 93, etc.) have said in
press releases that they will not be able to recover past royalty payments
or get any of the existing stock to sell, but I don't think the situation
is completely settled....
