RE: [eyeless] Kodak Ghost covers

Hello every one,
I found this non info in the Disques du Crépuscule (Twilight) site (this is
a belgium record company which made a lot of records around Durutti column
and Tuxedomoon among others...

It's funny how this short but interesting (his)story of the label is full of
scrapped releases and EIG was one of them...

"...The Miss Creezy cassette wasn't the only tour-related release that
failed to materialise. UK indie stars Felt were supposed to release a 7",
Trails Of Colour Dissolve, on Crepuscule, in September, as a taster of their
appearance on 'Move Back - Bite Harder'. But when the band pulled out from
the tour, the single was scrapped, to appear as the B-side of My Face Is On
Fire, on Cherry Red. Another Cherry Red act, Eyeless In Gaza saw a
Crepuscule 7", Second Nature, coupled with Still Hours Flickering and
another track, being scrapped as well..."

Have you heard of these two tracks "Second nature and Still hours
flickering", they don't appear in the discography you made on the EIG site
which means that they haven't been issued anywhere else (and means that this
Crépuscule might still have them somewhere...)

Hi there you silent people ...,

Our Dane in in Texas just told me about this new album:

Finally, the Helen Zachariah CD with the cover of "Kodak Ghosts Run
Amok" is coming out! (NDN 43)

Please check <http://www.ndnrecords.com>

As you know, the original is from March 1980, so this tribute version
is coming out EXACTLY 25 years after Eyeless In Gaza did their own
version.

There are 3 different mixes of this song on the CD as well as a video
(mpg) also of "Kodak Ghosts Run Amok".

Again, both Martyn and Peter gave their blessings to this product
[...] .

Henrik also included a nice poster commercial, but since i was kind of
heavy, I did not include it here -- it's on the web site (takes time to
load now with a simple modem connection).

Jerry
