Happy Summer, Friends!

The FiddleSticks clan have been busy with summer activities, a new recording
project, and lots of private concerts and wedding gigs -- Here are some fun
public performances coming up this summer:

LEHI, Utah: Sunday, July 1 - 7:00-8:30pm
Make-A-Wish Foundation Night
Lehi Arts in the Park Series
Wines Park, 500 North Center Street
Lehi
This is a fun music series, on the wonderful new stage in the Lehi Wines
park every Sunday night all summer long. Admission is free. Bring a
blanket or lawn chair.

PROVO, Utah: Tuesday, July 4 - 11:00-12 noon
America's Freedom Festival "Music Fest"
Main Stage - Next to the Historic Provo Courthouse
Corner of University and Center Street
Provo
We'll be kicking off the music festival right after the July 4th Parade in
Provo. Musicians from TSSA -- the Timpanogos Singer/Songwriter Alliance --
will provide 3 days of great music on the main stage, July 2-4. It's all
free and part of the Freedom Festival. Come pick up the new TSSA
compilation CD, "Stictly Barefoot" -- which includes a FiddleSticks track.
(All proceeds will go to "Giant Steps," an organization for children with
autism.)

PAYSON, Utah: Saturday, July 7 - 10:30 to 11:30am
Payson Scottish Festival
Payson City Park Bandstand
Payson, Utah
Come early while it's cool and enjoy the pipe bands,
kilts, shops with all things Celtic, and gathering of the clans. Great
Celtic music and dance all day, and it's free!

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho: Tuesday August 14 - 7:00 pm
Snake River Concert Series
The Greenbelt (along the Snake River)
Idaho Falls, Idaho
The Arts Council sponsors concerts all summer long. Come enjoy the

NEWS: FiddleSticker Rebecca will be moving to Japan for an LDS mission in
July. So these July concerts will be our last performances with her for a
while. Also, Mark (the dad) will be getting married to Andrea Pitcher in
July, so maybe the FiddleSticks sound will soon feature Andrea's hammer
dulcimer as well!

FiddleSticks have three recordings in print: The Sampler (1998), Playing
Favorites (1999), and Cold Fusion (2000). Watch for the new CD "Time and

FiddleSticks is a family musical group that performs folk songs and
traditional tunes from the Celtic lands, from England, and from America. The
band is made up of three young sisters, Rebecca, Kathryn, and Elizabeth
