Well done Jennifer - congrats! I hope your students are all hopeful,
helpful and hip to the jive, etc...
I shall be in sunny Telford for the next three weeks - actually 5
minutes walk from Ironbridge, which sounds (and is) nicer.
Aaahhh... English beer....
Love to all,
Dominy

last band - and with beginners, it was almost pure torture! They did
well in the end, but I got frustrated a lot. Junior high camp starts
Tuesday - and if I'm lucky I'll be judging tryouts again! (Of course
this was sarcastic!) I've been playing in the pit orchestra for Bye
Bye Birdie lately - I have never seen that musical and it is
absolutely hilarious! I've had to transpose a lot because the
conductor wanted the clarinet parts tranposed to the flute and
thought he had enough saxes. Go figure. I never get to play anything
different. Dont' get me wrong, I absolutely love playing my flute,
but it's fun to play a different instrument every now and then!
Anyway, I signed my contract today for my teaching job. I'm soo
excited! I'll be moving out of my parents house in about three weeks!
It all started to become so real yesterday when I spent over $1000

evening! Or morning or afternoon! God bless!
