Once you're in the survey, just click on the options that you deem
right, (first 2 questions are made compulsory to answer). After
selecting your choices, just click on the "FTTS SG Forum" button at
the end. And it's done! You can click on the same button again on
the "thank you" page, and it'll direct you straight to our forum! :))
